How long can I receive your reply after I send my inquiry?: We will reply you within 24 hours on workday.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?: We are manufacturer and we have foreign trade department for marketing our own products.
What products can you provide?: We mainly produce non-dairy creamer and instant coffee.
How’s your production capacity?: We have advanced coffee production lines by Probat and GEA with an annual output of 10000 tons instant coffee. And we have 14 spray drying lines with an daily output of 700 tons non-dairy creamer.
How many employees do you have?: We have over 400 employees, including 50 technicians.
How can you ensure your products' quality?: We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we do fully inspection depending on international standards according to customer’s requirements.
Payment?: We will suggest the trade term with you during quotation, such as FOB, CIF, CNF and so on. We accept 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L. T/T is the main payment, besides L/C is acceptable as well.
What’s your delivery method?: We commonly use sea transportation, because we are in Suzhou, close to Shanghai Port, the sea transportation is convenient. Of course, if your products are urgent, we can use air transportation.
Where do you mainly export your products?: Our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle east, Europe and Africa.

Jiahe has introduced the complete coffee production line by Probat from Germany and extraction technology by GEA Denmark. Products include roasted coffee beans, instant coffee powder with production capacity of 10,000 tons per year.
