Where do you mainly export your products?: Our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle east, Europe and Africa.
What’s your delivery method?: We commonly use sea transportation as we locate in Suzhou, close to Shanghai Port,and the oversea transportation is convenient. Of course, if your request is urgent, airfreight transportation service is also available.
Payment?: We will suggest the trade term with you during quotation, such as FOB, CIF, CNF and so on. We accept 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L. T/T is the main payment, besides L/C is acceptable as well.
How can you ensure your products' quality?: We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we do fully inspection base on international standards according to meet customer’s requirements.
How many employees do you have?: We have over 400 employees, including 50 technicians.
How’s your production capacity?: Our advanced coffee production lines provides an annual output over 10000 tons of instant coffee. And we have 14 spray drying lines with daily output 700 tons of non-dairy creamer.
What products can you provide?: We mainly produce non-dairy creamer and instant coffee.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?: We are manufacturer and we have foreign trade department to promote our own products internationally.
